Stewards of Recovery is seeking a full/part time case manager to join our team in our adult residential treatment program. Candidate must have a bachelors degree in a human service field.

- Provide Skills Training and Development classes
- Ability to make changes and can adapt to new procedures to make them more efficient
- Experience developing and executing individualized treatment plans
- Help promote clients progress in achieving their treatment goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff and clients
- Professionally build rapport and trust with clients
- Creative and efficient problem solver
- Good interviewing skills with the ability to use different techniques
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele
- Good computer and technical skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Must maintain accurate client documentation with in the time frame established
Qualifications:
- Must have at least a Bachelors Degree in a human services field
- Must be able to pass an enhanced state background check
- Experience with electronic health records enforced by HIPPA laws
- Maintain and promote a sober lifestyle
