Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and distribute engineering documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper revision control
- Prepare and manage quality control documentation, including weld tracking logs and related records
- Coordinate documentation flow between engineers, project managers, quality control personnel, and customers
- Submit engineering documentation through client-required platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Procore
- Track project documentation status and ensure timely submission of required deliverables
- Assist in maintaining compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement of document control processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
