Summary: The Clinical Trial Manager will provide trial management support and operational excellence for a Huntington’s Disease program.
Responsibility:
- Management and maintenance of study deliverables (timelines, study plans, etc.) through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide operational input into study documents including protocols, Informed Consent Forms, CRFs, Study Execution Plans, and Clinical Data Review Plans.
- Manage CRO day-to-day activities and site-facing operations to ensure successful trial conduct in accordance with study deliverables, GCP/ICH guidelines, and CRO/SOPs.
- Contribute to proactive study execution strategies including enrollment projections, cohort planning, and identification/resolution of study challenges.
- Ensure GxP-compliant manner, support TMF management and maintenance, and partner with QA and cross-functional teams on CAPAs and trial issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a biomedical, life science or related field of study.
- 5 years of clinical operations experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Good understanding of Global regulatory and ICH-GCP compliance requirements for clinical research.
