$3500.00 PER MONTH MINIMUM GUARANTEED COMMISSION

As a sales associate, your responsibilities are:

As a sales associate, your responsibilities are:
- Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening in order to guarantee satisfaction.
- Provide vehicle expertise - know the product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive modes; as well as explaining warranties and services.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.
- Stay informed of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc. and how they benefit our customers.
