Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases, inquiries, and overall shop experience
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the shop is clean and inviting
- Conduct product demos and upsell items such as golf accessories, apparel, and equipment to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising, stocking, and inventory checks
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or booking tee times
Skills
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Supervising or leadership experience in retail or hospitality settings preferred
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively and confidently promote merchandise
- Bilingual skills are a plus to serve a diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
