We’re looking for customer-focused, team-oriented, and hardworking Pro Shop Attendants to support our members, guests and deliver exceptional hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Open and close the pro shop following standard procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop
- Create a welcoming environment for guests by answering questions and offering merchandise suggestions
- Assist with merchandise management: shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and inventory
- Check in guests for play & be the primary liaison in tee time reservations
- Team leader with responsibilities as opening & closing key holder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Attention to detail and a proactive guest-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and availability
- Stamina and energy to lift, stand, bend, and move for the majority of shifts
