What You'll Do
As a Student Assembler, you'll help build quality furniture and cabinetry products by:
- Assembling products using hand and power tools
- Following simple drawings and work instructions
- Inspecting your work for quality and accuracy
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Working alongside a supportive team to meet production goals
- Learning new skills through cross-training opportunities
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- High school students (16 ) or college students
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a team environment
- Comfortable using basic hand tools (or willing to learn)
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Able to stand, lift, push, pull, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
