Stevens Foster Financial Advisors—serving Twin Cities clients since 1988—is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support our advisors, planners, and operations teams. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, accurate, and high-touch client experience by managing account operations, documentation, money movement, meeting preparation, and general client service workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, process, and track account paperwork, including new accounts, transfers, and beneficiary changes
- Initiate and monitor money movement such as wires, journals, transfers, and charitable gifting
- Maintain accurate client records in AdvisorEngine/Junxure, custody spreadsheets, and eMoney balance sheets
- Create and process client agreements and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Respond to client inquiries, assist with portal access, and provide timely, professional support
- Track follow-up items to ensure all client requests are completed promptly
- Prepare meeting documents, assemble follow-up materials, and support advisors during review cycles
- Work closely with client account managers and planners to ensure meeting materials and data are complete and accurate
- Assist the Tax team during tax season by mailing organizers, tracking documents, and supporting e-filing workflows
- Support front-office tasks including phones, mail, scanning, and general administrative needs
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; financial services or wealth management experience strongly preferred
- Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with AdvisorEngine/Junxure, Fidelity, Schwab, and eMoney strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail when handling financial, tax, and investment information
- Excellent client service and communication skills with a professional, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow processes with accuracy
- High discretion with confidential information
- Collaborative, organized, and eager to learn cross-functional workflows
Compensation & Schedule
We offer a competitive base salary, an annual bonus, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. Final compensation is shaped by experience and the level of responsibility within the role.
Schedule: Monday–Friday; additional hours during peak planning cycles
Hybrid: Available under firm policy
