Job Description:
Stevens Disposal is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Roll-Off Drivers to operate company vehicles for the collection, transport, and disposal of waste and construction debris using roll-off containers. Drivers are responsible for delivering empty containers and picking up full ones from residential, commercial, and industrial sites, transporting materials to designated disposal or recycling facilities.
This position requires safe and efficient operation of roll-off trucks in various driving environments, including congested areas, tight job sites, and high-traffic zones. The role is full-time, year-round, and offers advancement opportunities.
Must have at least 2 years of CDL driving experience. Roll-off experience is preferred but not required.
Routes & Schedule:
- Workdays: Monday-Friday
- Start time: Between 6:00am-5:00pm depending on route needs
- Loading/unloading roll-off containers
- Must be comfortable navigating tight spaces and backing into designated drop areas
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement (no restrictions)
- Must pass DOT drug screen and physical
- Ability to safely operate roll-off truck and controls in compliance with company safety protocols
- Must be able to handle heavy-duty work, including securing containers and tarping loads
- Must have at least 2 years of CDL driving experience. Roll-off experience is preferred but not required.
