We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting Team!

This position is based out of the Stevens Corporate office in Madison, WI. This is a in-office role with hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM, with flexibility as needed.
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Process vendor invoices and lien waivers for our construction projects.
- Process purchase orders, sub-contracts, and change orders in our Sage accounting software.
- Assist special projects for Project Managers and the Accounting Department as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 year of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to learn new software (Sage and Timberscan)
