Residential Shift Supervisor - Full-time 40 hours
Location: Swansea, MA
Located in the Historic District of Swansea, Massachusetts for 80 years, Stevens Treatment Programs provides comprehensive services to adolescents who require the safety and consistency of our residential treatment program. Stevens empowers youth to lead successful lives through high quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment. We support youth to successfully and safely reintegrate into home and community.
During their shift, the Shift Supervisor provides direct care and supervision to youth, facilitates routines and activities, provides supervision and performance reviews to their staffing team, and has a strong voice in future program development.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid, current driver’s license and acceptable driving record (Required)
- Acceptable EEC Background Record Check
- Experience working with adolescents in a residential setting or special needs youth
- Ability to effectively relate to trauma-affected youth with behavioral struggles and other professionals is essential
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Supervisory experience is required
Payrate:
- $25.00-$25.50 an hour based on qualifications and experience
- An additional $1.00/hour with a demonstrated bilingual fluency in Spanish
