WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a reliable, engaged, and highly organized Case Aide who is compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented. The ideal candidate:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
• Brings strong communication, engagement, and organizational skills
• Is comfortable working independently and responsibly both on and off campus
• Can communicate professionally with families, outside agencies, and internal teams
• Functions well in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
• Is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where daily tasks and priorities may shift based on clinical needs and youth support requirements
• Remains calm and supportive during crisis situations
• Is willing to complete required training, including behavioral support and restraint training

This role is well-suited for individuals interested in behavioral health, social services, or youth work who want hands-on experience within a clinical setting.

WHAT THE ROLE IS

The Clinical Case Aide works within the Clinical Department to provide case management support and serve as a key liaison between Stevens and outside agencies. This role supports clinicians by helping coordinate appointments, maintain documentation and tracking systems, assist with assessments, and provide additional support to youth throughout their treatment.

Case Aides work closely with clinicians, residential and education staff, and families to help ensure that services run smoothly and youth receive consistent, well-coordinated care. The role blends direct youth engagement, administrative support, and systems coordination, contributing to both individual treatment and overall program effectiveness.

SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Schedule: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly); weekday 9:00 - 5:00 schedule with flexibility required
• Coverage: May assist with Residential Department and Educational Department coverage during the day; and Residential Department coverage during school vacations and/or crises, requiring a schedule shift
• Compensation: Hourly rate commensurate with experience
