StevenDouglas has been retained exclusively on an outstanding Treasury Director career opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role is onsite 5 days per week.
This role requires and individual with strong communication skills who is able to clearly convey treasury risk, liquidity position, and covenant status to the CFO.
Reporting directly to the CFO and serving as the Company's treasury "subject matter expert", this role will lead and develop a small, high-impact team, manage multiple bank accounts across a multi-entity structure, ensuring compliance with all covenant requirements and lender restrictions. This position will monitor debt reporting obligations and coordinate with legal, accounting, and lenders to ensure timely and accurate compliance deliverables, identify, design, and implement cash flow improvement strategies across the organization including disbursement optimization, receivables acceleration, working capital enhancements, design, implement, and maintain a highly secure, automated payment environment with minimal manual intervention including fraud controls, positive pay, dual authorization, and payment hierarchy protocols. This individual will also own and optimize the AP payment process, reducing manual labor through automation, system integrations, AI-assisted workflows, and develop and maintain a comprehensive cash forecasting model across daily, weekly, 30-day, 90-day, and annual.
Qualifications:
8 years in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, with 3 years in a treasury leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
MBA, CPA, or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred
Experience managing treasury functions across a complex, multi-entity legal structure
Proven record managing debt covenants, borrowing base reporting, and compliance with lender restrictions across multiple credit facilities
Oversight of a large bank account portfolio
