StevenDouglas is exclusively engaged on a Director of Treasury role. Reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for payment process transformation from a manual process to an automated, secure workflow.
The Director of Treasury with be responsible for:
- Automating the payment process across 100 entities
- Multi-entity cash management at scale with 40 bank accounts
- Cash forecasting and working capital optimization across a high-volume multi-location business
- Designing and enforcing internal controls
Requirements:
- 8 years managing treasury functions across a complex, multi-entity legal structure
- Payment Process Automation in a large organization
- Proven record managing debt covenants, borrowing base reporting, and compliance with lender restrictions across multiple credit facilities
- Experience building multi-horizon cash forecasts (daily, weekly, 30/60/90-day, and annual)
- On-site daily in Richardson
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
