What are the responsibilities and job description for the IAM Support Analyst position at StevenDouglas?
Hybrid 2 days onsite Miami Beach
4-6 month contract
Skills Required/Preferred:
This role is not heavy phone support and is mainly behind the monitor and keyboard handling support tickets for access, etc.
- Experience with any IAM tool for provisioning/deprovisioning (SailPoint preferred but not required)
- Experience with Epic support/healthcare
- Experience with Ivanti is highly preferred but they can get them up to speed if they have used other ITSM type of tools
