Business Analytics Manager
Tampa Bay, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
StevenDouglas is exclusively partnered with a Tampa Bay–based philanthropic organization looking for a Business Analytics Manager to build and mature its analytics function. This role blends data visualization, business analysis, and process improvement to support smarter decision-making across the organization.
You’ll work hands-on with Power BI, improve how data flows through the organization, and help teams replace manual, spreadsheet-heavy reporting with clean, reliable dashboards.
What You’ll Do
- Create dashboards and reports that give leaders clear, real-time visibility into key metrics
- Gather and interpret data from multiple internal systems and turn it into actionable insights
- Partner with departments like finance, philanthropy, and community impact to understand needs and recommend improvements
- Standardize reporting processes and identify areas for automation
- Support ongoing modernization initiatives, including SharePoint and workflow improvements
- Serve as a trusted advisor for technical and non-technical users
What You Need
- Strong experience working with Power BI (data modeling dashboard development)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze and combine data from various sources
- Confident communicator who can explain data findings in everyday language
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- 4 years in an analytics or business intelligence role
Nice to Have
- Experience in nonprofit, philanthropic, or finance-related environments
- Comfort with CRM or donor management tools
- Interest in using AI or low-code tools to streamline work
