Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Press Operator Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports our press operators and helps ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Press Operators with daily production tasks.
• Retrieve and organize materials, inks, printing plates, and cutting dies.
• Mount printing plates and assist with machine setup.
• Communicate effectively with press operators and supervisors.
• Drive a company vehicle to make short-run deliveries to our other facilities.
• Perform general maintenance, housekeeping, and additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and rulers.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
