- Gives technical and operational support to various teams.
- Repairs, performs regular preventive maintenance on, and troubleshoots equipment; keeps equipment clean and functional; and keeps work area clean.
- Serves as a resource for operation and related maintenance of various products, technology systems, and other related equipment sets.
- Records and maintains a documented history of equipment failures, repairs, and modifications that have been made.
- Provides feedback to internal stakeholders and suppliers to enable of coordination of equipment repairs, improvements, installations, and supplies ordering.
- Cleans and maintains lab space, cleans, and prepares support equipment, performs measurements, and records data and other information to be passed down.
- Resolves complex technical issues using a wide variety of technical skills, including running processes and experiments.
- Tracks completed product and equipment builds and material waste as a result of failed builds.
- Maintains machine build schedule, prioritizes test prints, and provides predicted completion date of projects.
- Executes work following standard procedures or experimental work instructions.
- Performs tasks accurately, documents and tracks work, and organizes and maintains inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Keeps current on technology through research and by participating in educational opportunities.
- Promotes safe practices for using equipment.
- Escalates any issues to Supervisor for resolution.
- High school diploma or GED
