Join our dynamic rental car team as a Runner, where you'll be the vital link ensuring smooth vehicle operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transporting rental vehicles to and from designated locations, assisting with vehicle inspections, and supporting the overall efficiency of our fleet management. Your proactive attitude and excellent driving skills will help us deliver top-tier service to our customers while maintaining safety and organization on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles to and from rental locations, maintenance facilities, and DMV
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting with photos
• Deliver vehicles to renters and retrieve them after rentals
• Assist with fueling, cleaning, and prepping vehicles for the next rental
• Communicate with customers and partners about pickup/drop-off details and documentation
• Support the fleet team with additional on-the-ground tasks as needed
• Perform vehicle repossessions for non-paying customers
• Perform fleet inventory checks
• Perform vehicle check-in with new customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections and documentation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with light physical activity (fueling, cleaning vehicles)
