Responsibilities Supervise employees during assigned shifts, ensuring productivity and compliance with company standards. Ensure all safety protocols are followed by employees. Meet and exceed productivity standards in the assigned location. Complete and submit necessary paperwork related to shift operations. Coach and mentor new employees, offering guidance and support as they learn the role. Step in to cover roles, such as driver or vehicle service agent (VSA), when needed to meet customer demands. Act as the site manager when necessary, covering their duties during days off. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years. At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in customer service or operations. Strong communication and leadership skills.
