Location: Waikiki, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $18/hr – Weekly Pay
Shift: AM & PM Shifts Available – Including Weekends

Job Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental process.
Assist customers with vehicle rentals, returns, and general questions.
Prepare rental agreements and ensure all customer information is accurate.
Review rental details, rates, and policies with customers.
Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information.
Answer phone calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions when needed.
Offer optional products and services based on customer needs.
Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work environment.
Work with team members to provide efficient and excellent service.
Requirements:
Must be at least 20 years old.
Valid US driver's license required.
Clean driving record within the past three years.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Weekend availability required.
