Duties
- Billings -sending bills,getting lien waivers, recievables
- Assist with job tracking and Reconciling bank statements and Amex
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements
- Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in forecasting activities and provide insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting, tax planning, and private equity transactions
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required
- Proven experience in GAAP
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- CPA certification is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
