Duties - Customer Service in store, Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records - Conduct payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Assist in tax preparation and filing activities - Execute general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation - Utilize software (Quickbooks) for bookkeeping tasks - Implement double-entry bookkeeping principles - Support in financial reporting and analysis Qualifications - Proficiency in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) - Experience with general ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation - Knowledge of tax procedures and balance sheet reconciliation - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
