Summary

Join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist at our Honda dealership in Morton Grove. In this role, you will play a vital part in strengthening customer loyalty and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service that reflects our commitment to excellence. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze previous customer records and purchase history
• Identify customers eligible for repeat purchases, upgrades, or trade-ins
• Reach out to past customers via phone, email, or text to re-engage them
• Schedule appointments when interest is generated
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM system
• Collaborate with sales and management to support ongoing marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with customer databases or CRM systems
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Prior automotive, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
