Key Responsibilities
- Sort invoices and confirm appropriate approvals
- Enter, code and process all invoices
- Process all checks
- Communicate with vendors regarding payments
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational skills, customer service and time management
Salary : $22 - $26
