We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide meaningful therapy services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
- Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehabilitation team including PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
- Opportunity to work with both post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Supportive clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling
