We are seeking an experienced RN to support CNA training, clinical education, and regional operational support for multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Peoria area.
This regional position includes remote CNA instruction, onsite clinical training, facility visits, and short-term leadership support as needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
$130,000 - $140,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Conduct remote CNA course instruction
- Provide onsite CNA clinical training
- Conduct facility site visits and staff support
- Assist with training and clinical support across facilities
- Provide short-term leadership support as needed, including DON or LNHA responsibilities
- Active RN license required
- Long-term care/skilled nursing experience required
- Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to travel within the region
- Strong communication and organizational skills
$130,000 - $140,000 annually
