What You'll Do
- Assess how strength, coordination, cognition, and endurance affect residents' ability to manage everyday tasks.
- Establish individualized plans of care with measurable goals for self-care and functional participation.
- Deliver treatment through practical activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
- Identify adaptive equipment and environmental modifications that support safer task performance.
- Educate residents and caregivers on strategies they can use between sessions and after discharge.
- Review progress, oversee COTA services within the treatment plan, and communicate recommendations through documentation and care team discussions.
- $50–$55 per hour.
- PRN coverage opportunities aligned with your availability and facility needs.
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.
- Collaboration with fellow clinicians and access to therapy leadership for support.
- Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license.
- Sound clinical judgment and strong treatment planning skills.
