What You'll Do
- Complete physical therapy evaluations to identify mobility limitations, establish goals, and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver treatment addressing walking, balance, strength, endurance, and safe transfers.
- Select appropriate mobility devices and teach residents how to use them during functional activities.
- Review residents' progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and response to therapy.
- Collaborate with nursing, families, and the rehab team on mobility recommendations and discharge needs.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and supervise PTA services in accordance with the plan of care.
- $55–$60 per hour.
- PRN coverage opportunities based on facility needs and your availability.
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.
- Clinical collaboration and support from the rehabilitation team and therapy leadership.
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist license.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate care recommendations clearly and manage a varied rehabilitation caseload.
- Skilled nursing experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Salary : $55 - $60
