We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of ADON-Staff Development RN at Sterlington Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:
- Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel.
- Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling regular in-service training classes that provide instruction and ensure a well-educated nursing department while keeping up with Federal and State educational requirements.
- Monitors and guide the completion of assessments in a timely manner.
- Schedules and facilitates care plan conferences Facilitates monthly QM meetings
- Manages Care Planning Process.
- Assist in developing, presenting, and evaluating education and training for employees.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Current Nursing license in the state of Louisiana (RN Preferred)
- Experience in Long-Term Care settings
- 3 years management experience preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills required
- Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision
- Flexible hours required
Other Qualifications:
- Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
- Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
