What You'll Do
- Guide clients through family law matters with clarity, compassion, and strategic thinking
- Investigate the facts of each case — financial records, expert evaluations, prior filings — and build strong, well-researched positions
- Apply relevant case law and court precedent to strengthen client outcomes
- Pursue efficient, cost-effective resolutions for clients, reserving litigation for when it's truly the best path
- Draft pleadings, exhibits, financial disclosures, support calculations, and prenuptial agreements
- Represent clients in court with confidence and skill
- Mentor junior attorneys and delegate effectively to your support team
What You Bring
Required:
- Family law experience — this is non-negotiable for this role
- Based in and working from Sheboygan, serving clients across Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Calumet, Fond du Lac, and Manitowoc counties
- Juris Doctorate
- Active Wisconsin Bar license, in good standing
Preferred:
- 5 years of family law litigation experience
- Familiarity with courts and procedure in the Sheboygan region
- Experience mentoring junior attorneys or leading a team
