If you're an RN who understands the power of proactive, population-based care, especially for our youngest heroes-in-the-making, this role is your mission. We’re looking for a Population Health Pediatric RN who thrives in a setting that’s equal parts meaningful, methodical, and mission-focused.

This is a long-term federal contract position, offering stability, work-life balance, and a chance to make a measurable impact on pediatric patient populations in the Oak Harbor community.

Position Highlights:

• Work within a multidisciplinary federal health team
• Develop and implement pediatric population health programs
• Focus on prevention, early intervention, wellness promotion
• Analyze trends, risk factors, and improve healthcare delivery for children
• Educate families, track outcomes, and shape healthier futures
• Blend clinical excellence with community outreach and care management

What You’ll Need:

• Active, unrestricted RN license (from any U.S. state or territory)
• Minimum of 1 year recent pediatric nursing experience
• Prior experience in population health or community health (a plus)
• Ability to pass federal background check
• US Citizenship (required for federal work)
