Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet patients and prepare them for exams and procedures
- Take vital signs and record patient history
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Administer medications per protocol and assist with follow-ups
- Document care in the EHR accurately and timely
- Support patient education and front-office functions if needed
- Keep the workspace clean, stocked, and organized
- Provide care that is respectful, culturally sensitive, and patient-focused
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED – required
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program that meets California’s Medical Board requirements
- Minimum 1 year of MA experience (includes completed externship)
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association – required
- Preferred but not required:
- NHA – Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- NHA – Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
