Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Omaha, NE
Salary: $75-95K plus bonus
Job Summary of the Project Manager: The Project Manager position involves efficiently delivering projects for clients. Duties include bid management, scheduling, contract review, and resource planning to ensure timely project completion across various departments.
Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Create and maintain project schedules detailing deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation
- Review and negotiate contracts with Account Managers and Business Development Managers
- Manage contracts throughout project lifecycle
- Update PMO and executive management on project progress, budget, and schedule adherence
- Report project progress and variances to schedule and budget baselines
- Prepare project documentation in collaboration with Engineering and other departments
- Organize project documentation as per PMO standards
- Attend customer meetings for negotiations, project kickoff, and updates
- Coordinate project status meetings with resources and review upcoming tasks
- Develop and implement new project management processes
- Collaborate with Engineering on internal projects
- Manage bid process including schedule and review meetings
Education & Experience Requirements of Project Manager:
o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
o 3 years of project management experience
o Possessing a PMP certification is preferred
TRAVEL
Some travel required, up to 25% including international trips and occasional weekends as needed.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
