Sterling Limousine is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Weekend Operations Supervisor to oversee our busy weekend transportation operation.
Schedule: Thursday through Monday
This is not simply a dispatch position. We are looking for a confident operational leader who can take ownership of the department, support the dispatch team, coordinate chauffeurs and vehicles, anticipate potential service issues, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
• Oversee active reservations, dispatch operations, chauffeurs, and vehicle assignments
• Resolve call-outs, delays, vehicle issues, schedule changes, and client concerns
• Identify potential problems before they become service failures
• Communicate professionally with clients, chauffeurs, affiliates, and management
• Hold team members accountable while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach
• Step directly into dispatch and assist wherever needed
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear operational handoffs and weekend summaries
• Make confident decisions without requiring constant direction from senior management
• Learn and effectively use multiple transportation, communication, scheduling, and fleet-management systems
The successful candidate must be technologically proficient and comfortable learning new software and systems quickly. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms at once are essential.
Experience in limousine, charter bus, motorcoach, shuttle, passenger transportation, hospitality, logistics, or another 24/7 service operation is strongly preferred.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. Candidates who do not currently hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) must be willing and able to obtain one within a company-established timeframe as a condition of continued employment.
Must demonstrate strong judgment, urgency, reliability, leadership ability, technology proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Our weekends are among our busiest and most operationally sensitive periods. We need someone we can trust to lead the operation, support the team, and remain involved until each issue is fully resolved.
Compensation: $75,000 based on experience
