Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and financial support to the executive team playing a key role in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage both executive priorities and financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external clients
- Manage deadlines for all projects
Financial Support:
- Review invoices and process payments
- Work closely with accounting, legal, and operations teams
Operations & Project Management:
- Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects
- Track key business metrics and deadlines
- Maintain organized systems for documents, contracts, and financial records
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong financial acumen—experience with budgeting, reporting, or accounting required
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate, legal, or professional services industries
- Experience supporting C-level executives
