Position Description
What You'll Do
- Support project documentation, claims tracking, and subcontractor coordination
- Help maintain schedules and assist with project tracking and reporting
- Manage change order correspondence and assist with project closeout documentation
- Coordinate surveys, inspections, and Blue Stakes requests
- Track quantities and support job costing updates
- Assist the team with administrative needs that keep projects on time and on track
Position Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of Administrative Assistant or Accounts Payable experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Access experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working with project data, cost tracking, or accounting systems
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
