As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents while ensuring that clinical standards and care protocols are followed consistently.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in resident care planning
- Communicate with families and physicians regarding resident status
- Ensure assigned staff are meeting resident care standards
- Respond to resident needs with professionalism and urgency
- Follow established clinical, safety, and infection control protocols
- Your work helps ensure residents receive the consistent, respectful, and attentive care they deserve.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff
- Commitment to accurate documentation and clinical excellence
- Desire to work with and advocate for seniors
