Job Duties:
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum tubes, extrusions, and components
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal structures according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Position, align, and weld parts using jigs, clamps, and hand tools
- Operate fabrication equipment including benders, drill presses, grinders, punch presses, and saws
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
- Assist with assembly and movement of completed products to the next stage
- Maintain equipment and report any repair needs
- Cross-train and support other production tasks as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Previous TIG welding experience (aluminum preferred)
- Experience in metal fabrication and use of fabrication machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift, push, and maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools daily
- Ability to work in environments with noise, heat, and welding exposure
- Comfortable climbing ladders, working on scaffolds, and in confined spaces
- Must use required PPE including welding mask, gloves, and protective gear
