Electrical Test Engineering Manager
Location: Fontana, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $105,000-$130,000/year 10% bonus
Electrical Test Engineering Manager – Key Highlights
- Lead and manage electrical testing for substation control houses and power distribution enclosures (E-Houses)
- Oversee testing team (engineers & technicians) and ensure safe, accurate, on-time execution
- Own testing schedules and coordinate with Engineering and Production
- Review and approve test plans, reports, and schematics for compliance and accuracy
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical guidance
- Drive process improvements, root cause analysis, and efficiency gains
- Ensure proper documentation, equipment calibration, and safety compliance
Core Testing Experience
- Medium-voltage switchgear, breakers, protective relays
- Power distribution systems, panelboards, ATS
- Communication systems, HMIs, fire alarm, HVAC
Requirements
- 5 years in electrical/power equipment testing
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong AC/DC testing knowledge, NEC & IEEE standards
- NETA certification (preferred)

- Onsite in Fontana, CA
- Hands-on production/testing environment
