Sterling Engineering is partnering with an established industrial supplier to hire a Store Manager to lead daily operations and serve as the primary point of contact for customers in hydraulics, hoses, connectors, and some pneumatics.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone with a manufacturing or equipment maintenance background who enjoys working with people and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day store operations as the sole onsite leader
- Work directly with customers ranging from maintenance technicians to engineers
- Support and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic applications (hydraulics strongly preferred)
- Build quotes, process orders, and manage inventory
- Cut hoses to size, assemble hoses, and use power tools as needed
- Use ERP systems for order processing and inventory
- Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business
- Operate independently while coordinating with internal teams
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
