Job Duties:
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot mixed-signal and power electronics-based circuits using analog and digital control technologies.
- Assemble printed circuit boards using surface-mount and through-hole techniques.
- Build simple test circuits using schematics.
- Support lab operations, including equipment maintenance and calibration coordination.
- Manage component organization and inventory using an online tracking system.
- Coordinate lab housekeeping and setup with Engineering and Facilities teams.
- Build test fixtures and wiring harnesses to support product development.
- Perform safety and EMC compliance testing both internally and at external laboratories.
- Assist engineering staff with component selection and technical evaluation.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong electronic hardware background.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with power conversion circuits and analog/digital controls.
- Strong proficiency with lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, feedback loop analyzers).
- Certified soldering and rework skills; certified wire crimping skills (or ability to obtain in-house).
- Experience using simulation and analysis tools such as OrCAD Cadence or PSpice.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
