What You’ll Do :
- Lead spring coiling manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers for installation, validation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for operators and technicians.
- Drive process improvements , troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with engineering teams and customers on product design, process optimization, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring :
