We’re partnering with a growing engineering team to add an experienced Mechanical Designer III to support new product development initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who enjoys owning designs from concept through release and collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create 3D CAD models and assemblies from concepts, sketches, and engineering input
- Develop detailed component and assembly drawings with proper dimensioning and GD&T
- Apply design-for-manufacturing principles for machined, molded, and fabricated parts
- Perform tolerance stack-ups and support design validation
- Prepare models for prototyping, 3D printing, and engineering analysis
- Support prototype builds, testing, and product validation activities
- Participate in engineering change and documentation release processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
- Provide technical guidance to junior designers as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology (required)
- 8 years of mechanical design experience in a product development or engineering environment
- 8 years of hands-on 3D CAD experience (Creo preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Experience creating accurate models, drawings, and bills of materials
- Comfortable managing multiple design priorities at once
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
