Are you a proactive HR professional passionate about partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, engagement, and performance? We’re seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support divisional leadership and their teams through strategic HR guidance and hands-on execution across multiple functional areas including workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, employee relations, benefits, HSE support, ISO training documentation, immigration, and payroll backup.
In this impactful role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate organizational priorities and align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance to leaders and employees on policies, programs, legislation, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation, engagement, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.
- Interpret HR metrics and business data to influence decisions and support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategic plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior team members, including the Office Assistant.
- Support Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives, employee wellness, and continuous improvement efforts.

- Reporting & Compliance
- Training & Development
- Immigration Support
- Contractor & Temporary Workforce Administration
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze data and support strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
