Title: Technical Recruiter (Engineering / IDL)

Contract (4-6 Months)
Compensation: $40-$44/hour

This recruiter will focus exclusively on recruiting engineering and other indirect labor (IDL) positions across multiple manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting technical and engineering professionals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly build relationships with hiring managers while managing multiple priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, can manage a high-volume workload, and is comfortable supporting critical engineering hiring needs across multiple business units.

Job Duties:
- Manage up to 35 active engineering and technical requisitions simultaneously.
- Recruit for engineering and indirect labor (IDL) positions, including Manufacturing, Process, Quality, Automation & Controls, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, and other technical engineering roles.
- Partner with multiple hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within Workday.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering talent.
- Deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting engineering or technical positions.
- Manufacturing recruiting experience is required.
- Experience recruiting engineering professionals such as Manufacturing, Process, Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation Engineers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Workday is highly preferred.
- Experience using Kronos is a plus.
