Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed mechanical designs, layouts, and engineering drawings using Siemens NX.
- Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and manufacturing personnel to support product development initiatives.
- Modify and update existing designs based on engineering change requests and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings and models comply with applicable engineering standards and specifications.
- Support prototype development, testing activities, and design reviews.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate documentation and revision control for all design deliverables.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of mechanical design experience in an engineering, manufacturing, research, or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with Siemens NX for 3D modeling and drafting.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawing standards.
- Experience creating detailed fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
