Salary: Up to $90,000 Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

This role goes beyond inspection—it's about building and maintaining a culture of quality across the entire organization:

• Own and maintain the controlled document library, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Create, revise, and manage quality documentation and records
• Serve as the gatekeeper for document control and process integrity
• Support and enhance the Vendor Management Program, including onboarding and performance monitoring
• Partner with the Materials team to manage vendor communications and questionnaires
• Lead internal audits to identify gaps and drive operational improvements
• Handle quality-related escalations and work cross-functionally to resolve issues
• Drive the Quality Incident Program (nonconformances & corrective actions)
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality systems, or process improvement
• Hands-on experience with audits and quality management systems
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
