Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our quality management system, ensuring that all products meet rigorous standards and comply with industry regulations. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. As a vital member of our quality assurance team, you will lead inspections, audits, and analysis to maintain the highest levels of product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is a Plus.
• Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have Good Attendance.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must be adept in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, i.e., blueprints.
• Must be organized and be able to multitask.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Will be responsible for measuring a variety of fabricated parts with tolerances of /- 1/8”.
• Will need to initiate corrective actions and work closely with Production and Purchasing to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and document findings clearly.
