What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end deployment projects from kickoff through go-live
- Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Partner with customers to ensure a smooth deployment experience
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Operations, and internal teams
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions
- Lead status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Oversee post-deployment handoff to long-term support teams
- Identify process improvements and scalable solutions
- Ensure successful robotic system deployments at customer sites
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4 years of Project or Program Management experience in technical environments
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar tools
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies
- Experience with robotics, hardware, or complex system deployments preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
